Old Stone Ranch is Shea Homes’ exclusive lake community located in the growing city of Chandler, AZ. We are located just south of Ocotillo between Gilbert & Lindsay Roads with the San Tan Freeway (Loop 202) only 3 miles away. We also benefit from nearby commercial and shopping venues! We are part of the Chandler School District with Ryan Elementary located within Old Stone Ranch.

Veterans Oasis Park opened to the public in 2008, located at Lindsay & Chandler Heights. The entire park covers about 113 acres, 78 acres of which are designed for groundwater recharge and wetlands. Veterans Oasis Park in Chandler is more than simply a recreational area with grass and paths and a pond. This is actually an important part of the Chandler's reclaimed water processing where treated wastewater is redistributed to recharge basins in the area.
